Saitama model drive

Sunday in the Chichibu Hills: Winter Cherries and Dahlias

Take in the Chichibu basin from Minoyama, then the winter cherry festival at Jomine Park above Lake Kanna. Finish with the Ryokami dahlias (until 16:30) and a hot-spring roadside station. Head back to central Chichibu before sunset (around 16:49).
